Special Event Parking
Special events at Emory's Clifton Road campus may require special parking (usually events with 25 or
more people coming to Emory from off campus). Learn more about these special events parking rules and registration (68KB, .pdf).
Use this form to request validation tickets for your department's campus visitors.
Special Event Shuttles
If you need to move your visitors from campus parking to another venue, consider chartering a Cliff Shuttle for your Special Event.
Departmental Visitors
Tokens, stamps, and other less official methods such as handwritten authorizations are no longer accepted at any Emory parking facility. Visitors to campus should inquire as to whether the department they are visiting offers parking validation.
Departments can request a validation account by submitting a Validation Request Form to Parking Services.
